How to track my logistics number?

Once you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through sign in with your USJEWELJUT.COM account and click “My Order” to track the order status.

• The United Kingdom and EU countries. The United Kingdom and EU countries are VAT-free regions, so no tariffs are included in the products’ price.

If the product does not meet your expectations or the size needs to be replaced, how do you return or exchange it?

Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange or return the product for free without any reason. After this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
